I’m a mother of two, a combat veteran, a military spouse, and a former competitive volleyball player turned passionate weightlifter. My journey has been nothing short of transformative, shaped by a relentless drive for growth and resilience through every challenge I’ve faced. After dedicating a decade to volleyball, I traded in my knee pads and jersey for a military uniform, fueling a desire to train and improve that has remained steadfast, albeit in different forms.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Tactical Strength and Conditioning - Facilitator (TSAC-F), and USA Weightlifting Level-2 (USAW L-2), with a Master's in Exercise Science and Nutrition, I have dedicated the past eight years to empowering a diverse range of individuals. From NCAA athletes to mothers navigating their fitness journeys, CrossFitters, hobby and pro golfers, fellow weightlifters, service members, and youth, I’ve worked with hundreds to create a thriving model for success.
My philosophy revolves around the power of community, personalized coaching, and an unwavering commitment to oneself. Remember, progress isn't linear, but it does start here. Great question! We are primarily remote based coaching built on wired-tight athlete and coach communication. BUT if you are local to Clarksville, TN, Arc has a platform, barbells, and weights within CrossFit Blue Light (1556 Hankook Rd Clarksville, TN). An additional access fee to the gym is required for use.
Not a problem. Our programming is designed to meet you where you're at. If you'd like to clean up lifts, gain strength, build confidence, we will work with you to find the best option. Competing is encouraged because it's AWESOME! But not required at all :)
They are BOTH one on one based programs designed specifically for you by a Strength and Conditioning Coach. The Supplemental Arc is programming 3 days per week, designed to supplement your current regimen. This is popular for CrossFit athletes who would like an individual approach to gaining confidence and efficiency in their Olympic Lifts. The Individual Arc is a complete program (5-7 days/week) with weekly feedback and communication with your coach.
Arc works off of commitment levels for membership and pricing. The minimum subscription for a program is 3 months, the longest subscription is 12 months!
